This game seems straightforward where two frames can be created from the P=1/7 rule since it creates a natural division in the game board,which then triggers the P_M rule.

Frame 1 :
P_M_ _ _ L-N, L_O, S T that needs to be satisfied.

Frame 2 :
_ _ _ _ MTP then a cloud for L-N,L_O and S floats/strays

"S", a stray, has the potential to cause trouble when placed in the middle of the empty spaces because of the L_0 rule and the L-N rule. At the same time, "S" also limits how L_0 can go onto the board because L_0 must also satisfy L-N
