For #10, think about what sort of people have to be in if the rule is that only one parent is selected: S, P, T, T, T (and out is S, S, P, P, T). It'd actually be worthwhile to write this out when solving the question.
My attention is drawn to the fact that we need 3 teachers. What do you notice about teachers? I suggest you see if you can figure this out before reading on . . .
Since X and W can't both be in, we'll need Z and X to fulfill the 3 parent slots, so (E) is correct.
For #11, the correct answer is (B).
