Wait, I think I figured it out!
I believe this is it: Every positive action is an action taken with intention, and any action that is not positive goes unnoticed.
Answer 1: Any action that is noticed is taken with intention.
Answer 2: Every action taken with intention is noticed.
So, we're told: PA --> I (every positive action is done intentionally)
and ~ PA --> ~ Notice. The contrapositive of this is Notice --> PA, meaning, if we noticed the action, it must have been positive (since if it had been negative, we would not have noticed it). Here I'm assuming that there are only positive and negative actions, though technically I should say "Notice --> ~ ~ PA (not, not a positive action).
We can link these two together to form this chain: Notice --> PA --> I. This means, if we notice it, it must be positive, and thus done with intention.
Which leads us to the first answer. The second answer reverses the chain, which is not possible in logic. It's possible that a negative action is done with intention, and then it would not be noticed.
Make sense?
