Hopefully someone can add to this explanation if the one below doesn't help.
We are told that Acro II, a popular new sports car, has been having frequent problems with its electronic braking system. Then we are given the assumption that a car that has frequent problems with any of its electronics is not particularly well made.
Given that, we can only conclude that Acro II is not particularly well made and that is what C1 says; some popular new cars (Acro II) are not particularly well made.
The question you were asking is why C2 is wrong. C2 concludes that it is Acro II's
braking system that is not well made. Though, we weren't told that
the electronics that have frequent problems aren't well made, but rather,
a car that has problems with any of its electronics is not particularly well made. So, while it could be true that Acro II's braking system is not well made,
it can also true be that it is well made. Maybe the system is having problems for other reasons (i.e., the other electronic parts that are supposed to connect to it are malfunctioned, thus causing problems).
So, we can't really conclude from what we were given that Acro II's braking system is not, or is for that matter, well made. We just don't know. However, we can conclude C1 for the reasons I explained in the beginning.
Hope that helps.
