According to the results, the correct answer is conclusion 2: "Cher should not heed the warning on the door of room 112."

I am confused because there is no warning mentioned in the premise or the assumption. If there is a warning on the door of room 112, then neither the premise nor the assumption contains any information relevant to whether the warning should be heeded. The assumption deals only with requests and the premise states that there is a sign on the door containing a request ("Please do not disturb").

Please help.

I think your definition of warning here is too narrow - the note "Please do not disturb" would count as a warning. It's also a request! So that request should be ignored since it's on an even-numbered door, and because of that, we can conclude that Cher should not heed the warning. Because, honestly, who wouldn't want their vacation interrupted by Cher busting into their hotel room?
