This one drove me nuts! How can it be that there are only 4 and not 6!? I am having a tough time with these logic games. Does one really get better with practice?

Q:We can infer that…

A. If no two people ran the same speed, then the minimum number of people in the race was four.
OR
B. If no two people ran the same speed, then the minimum number of people in the race was six.
