We have a rigorous instructor hiring process. Before you join our team, you’ll need to wow us at every step along the way.

1. Video
submission

Submit a 7 to 10 minute video showing how you would teach an assigned problem.

2. Online
audition

Meet one-on-one with an evaluator to teach one or two assigned problems.

3. Small group online audition

Meet with two evaluators to teach both of them one or two assigned problems.

4. In-person audition

We’ll fly you to New York to teach several class lessons and exercises.

We help you grow

Before you start teaching, you’ll receive 100 hours of paid training to make sure you’re fully equipped to lead a class. You’ll also receive regular training to help you improve as a teacher and keep you up-to-date on changes to the tests you teach.
