How many different two-digit positive integers are there in which the tens digit is greater than 6 and the units digit is less than 4?
The correct answer is 12.
I'm curious as to why they consider 0 a positive integer since you need to include 0 as an option to get the answer 12 (I didn't include zero and got 9). Isn't 0 neither negative nor positive?
They even explain here that zero is neither positive nor negative

I just want some clarification that way I don't make this mistake on the test, thanks.
