Simple _ they lost confidence on him because he didn't kept his promise or a failure. Mean no good results. Eliminate A, D ,F
Carried out _ outcome /result , so C
I choosed B even though meaning of it.
E was wrong ( as not delivering )
Later delivered in ( outcome )
