hey sir
i am shivang singh, doing my btech from a government college in india with a gpa of 8 in electrical engineering. i gave toefl and got 89 marks and gre 293 (v-141;q-152; awa-3.5). i am confused whether should i take gre once again or i wil get any university to do masters in same field in California. i am aiming for fall 2016, as my btech will complete by this june 2015. kindly reply and suggest me

As I've said numerous times on this forum, I am not an academic advisor, and I do not know the scores that individual scores or programs want. You should call the admissions department of any school you're interested in and talk to them.
