Self-Study Guide

by spat094 Mon May 16, 2016 9:00 pm

I am thinking about purchasing the self-study guide for the GRE. I will not be able to take classes and have a lot of brushing up to do on mathematical concepts. Although it is pricey, I am looking in the buying it. Anyone know if it is worth it? What recommendations do you have?

It's worth it! I mean, if you can't take a class, you need to prepare somehow, right? And of course books on their can be enough, it's simply a question of how organized/motivated you tend to be on your own. If you're the kind of person that seldom needs hand-holding, then just get some books and start working. But if you've found it helpful in the past to have an organizational structure when you're working, I would recommend the self-study plan. Hope that helps a bit!
