Reset Practice Tests

Hello,
I've been trying to call the center in order to ask them to reset my 6 practice tests, but it has been imposible to communicate. I'm calling from outside the US, so it would be very helpful if you could please reset them for me. Is it possible to do it so? Who should I contact if not?

The office is open 12 hours a day 7 days a week, so it's always very easy to call. I've never heard of anyone having any kind of problem. Just call during business hours (any time from about 9am to 10pm, or 10am to 9pm to be safest).

How do we reset? Ive already taken a full math and full verbal.

You have to call. We don't allow hard resets from students, just to make it a little harder to simply reset the tests for your friends to use.

Hi,

I have used up the 6 tests and it shows that it is available till 2018, could you reset it for me as I wish to give the GRE once more and I need the practice.
