Reset my test account

Hey,
I am planning to retake my GRE next month. And I need to retake the full tests to study my growth. I therefore request you to reset my account ASAP.

I actually don't know your name from this post, and I don't have the power to reset your tests. You can only do that by calling the office and giving them a bunch of account info to prove it's you.
