Purchased kindle edition of book! How to access free tests?

Hi,

I have recently purchased 2 of the manhattan books which give me access to the free included tests - The 4th edition text completion and 4th edition Reading comprehension books. Both are kindle editions. How do I go about accessing my free tests?

Hi I bought a kindle edition but there are no details as how to access these tests. On page 9 it says the details of the free tests are given on page 7 but when I navigate to page 7 the page is blank.Please help.Urgent help is needed.

After mailing the order reciept, generally how long does it take to get the tests activated?

I think for most folks it's within 24-48 hours, but as I said, if you're every in a major hurry, call them up!
