I would like to know if i could purchase the e-book from a retailer like amazon and still have access to the praise test , coz it asks us to mail a billing receipt?

hi i have purchased manhattan gre essays and comprehension 4th edition from amazon kindle store .I have the recipt it has my name but it also contains my brothers name as i have purchased it through his credit card its been around 6 hours i havent received any email for the online tests activation
