Do I need to know all possible meanings of a word?

by hasibul212003 Mon Sep 29, 2014 11:19 am

Hi I was studying the 500 essential words from the Manhattan book vol 8 and saw that some words have been only used as an adjective but the word could be also used a verb and a noun. One word would be keen-the book has the adjective but the noun and verb which means lament and lamentation respectively have been omitted. Sud I just study the adjective for the word or sud I look into the verb and noun for it as well. Is this the case for all words listed in the set.
Thanks.

Hey Hasi,

Yep. You should know all meanings. Any of them can be tested.
