nC17=nC13 ( N choose 17 = N choose 13)

Column B: Value of k if,
kC9=kC21 ( K choose 9 = K choose 21)

Hey Vika,

I don't have any idea what this means, but I can tell you, definitively, that there will never EVER be a GRE question that looks remotely like this. I recommend you stop using this source of questions immediately.

P.S. The test isn't even scored out of 800 anymore, so it's a really badly named company! : )
