The answer is ALL OF THE ABOVE! You need to take an organized and measured approach to the personal statement. One that starts with a proper inventory of all of your assets and differentiators. Try writing these out on index cards. At Stratus we use a 10 page introspection document to assist the applicant and their consultant with organizing and prioritizing this often meandering process.
