Nope. Not in any significant way. What you experienced is natural variation in test. While it's larger than it ought to be, you can't expect to see the same score every time you take the test; there are good days and bad days. For example, it could be that all the vocab questions you see on one test are ones you happen to know, but on the real test, you have bad luck, and see a series of words you don't know (or vice-versa).
If you took a hundred tests, everything would just about even out, but on two tests, you should take it as natural. However, you do have to assume the lower score is a plausible score for yourself (as opposed to assuming the higher score is more likely your "real" one).
