Q 18:-Usually 0 is considered neither positive nor negative, how could you consider 0 here and what to decide for the GRE?

Yes, you're right 0 is neither positive nor negative.

But when the test mentions the following -
Just Positive - All positive values excluding 0
Just Negative - All negative values excluding 0
Non Negative Values - This includes 0 and all positive values
Non Positive Values - This includes 0 and all negative values
