GRE score reporting and follow ups

Hey so we are allowed to submit the scores to 4 universities right???? Once we submit, how are we supposed to follow up and apply to the same university???/

I don't understand the question. Are you asking how you apply to college? You just...apply. They connect up the scores they already received from you.
