in the beginning of the book it says that there is a calculator available online, but I dont find it anywhere.
Could someone point me to it? I m using a mobile app right now, but the apps seems not to be able to do squares in fashion of
1.02 * 1.02 = * = * = * ... and so on, in order to calculate e.g. compounded interest
