Deviation in real test and mock test scores

by ammar.electrical Fri Dec 18, 2015 11:43 pm

Can you guide me what should I do based on your experience. Why is there a deviation in scores? Am I doing something wrong? I wish to reappear on January 08, 2015.

Following is my GRE preparation and results:

1. PowerPrep2 test 1: 135V, 162Q (total 297)
2. I started preparation. I did Manhattan 5lb book, ETS official guide, and ETS 150 questions of Verbal and 150 questions of quantitative.
3. I took PowerPrep2 test2: 149V, 169Q (total 318) :)
4. I took real test: 145V, 164Q (total 309)
5. I prepared for a week using Magoosh GRE prep. Did 50% of the material. :(
6. I took Magoosh GRE mock test: 152V, 166Q (total 318) :)
7. I took Manhattan Free Test: 152V, 162Q (total 314) :?
8. I took real test: 145V, 161Q (total 306)

By the way, I plan to buy Manhattan 6 official tests.

Hey Ammar,

We can't give individual study plans here on the forums. That's what our private tutoring is for!
