Hey S,
I recommend you draw it. The center of the circle is in quadrant I. If you go 12.5 units to the left of that center point, you can place the outer edge of the circle, which is just .5 units to the left of the y-axis (in quadrant II). This means the downward curve of the circle will cross back over the y-axis long before it crosses the x-axis, so the circle won't be in quadrant III. Finally, draw a line 12.5 units down from the center point to see where the circle is in quadrant IV.
