Time for class or private tutoring. I'm really not just trying to upsell you. You can go buy them from some other company. But if you've studied alone for a long time and have stopped seeing improvement, you need to get some face-to-face with an actual person. I'd recommend private tutoring.
Good luck!

P.S. It almost means that some aspect of your studying is incorrect. Improvement, particularly in math, is fairly linear with time spent. The most likely problem (and one that we see a lot in students who study alone) is that you aren't changing your techniques. You've convinced yourself that your pre-existing techniques ought to be good enough, so you aren't doing some of the higher level stuff (backsolving from answer choices, setting values when there are variables in the answer choices, etc.) that you need to do to do really well on the test.
