Activating 6 online exams

Guys how can i activate the 6 online tests that i get along with the purcahse of ebook of Manhattan gre prep book.

I purchased kindle copy of Manhattan Text completiton and sentence equivalence prep book from amazon... I also mailed the copy of invoice receipt to gre@manhattanprep.com.

How do i activate them?

Please help !
