Access to practice tests (Kindle ebook)

I recently purchased amazon kindle ebook of Manhattan (GRE Fractions, Decimals, & Percents (Manhattan Prep GRE Strategy Guides). I have forwarded the mail from amazon as well as the receipt of payment to gre@manhattanprep.com for activation of the 6 practice GRE tests. I have not received any reply for the emails. My test is in 7 days and I am really worried that I will not be able to take the practice tests before the actual exam. I have mailed to techsupport@manhattanprep.com as well, but haven't received any reply from them yet. I am expecting a reply whether the information provided is sufficient or not and why the tests have not been activaated. Kindly help me out.

I have received a separate mail from Manhattan prep that my tests have been added in my account. I checked the link provided with the mail and I am able to access the tests. The mail was received almost 8 hours after I sent them the receipt. So, if anyone else is buying a Kindle eBook and wanting to activate the tests, they should do it during manhattan prep's working hours and also it might take 7-8 hours for the tests to be activated, as it happened in my case. Please plan accordingly.

Facing the same issue i have mailed the receipt from Amazon of my purchase to
1) books@manhattangmat.com
2) studentservices@manhattangmat.com
3) techsupport@manhattanprep.com
4) info@manhattanprep.com

But i still havent Got any reply from their side, Whereas I am getting regular promotions mailers form Manhattan but no reply on this front from them.
My exam is in 1 week from now please help me out.

Already sent receipt to different email ids mentioned on the site, still no response.
It's already 2 days, and no response.

As I have posted ALL over this site (including the sticky post at the top of this forum), if you are having technical problems, please call the office. They are open 7 days a week, and are very easy to get hold of.
