access to practice exams on purchase of e-book

hi,
I bought ebook version of ' Manhattan prep - Reading Comprehension and Essay GRE Study guide' from amazon store. After creating the account as mentioned in the book , i sent the required purchase receipt to gre@manhattanprep.com. How long would it take for authorization process to be complete. ?

Glad it got sorted. To anyone else who may see this, always call our student services department if you're having a technical issue. They'll be much faster to respond than anyone here on the forums, which are not checked every day, due to the low volume of posts at present.
