3-month GRE prep with limited time?

by sandrarowe41 Mon Apr 07, 2014 5:43 pm

I'm really, really stressed. I should've taken the GRE last summer, but I didn't. I was accepted to nursing school to get my master's degree on the condition I did ok on the GRE.

I'm going to take the test this July and I'm supposed to start the nursing program in August. Did I shoot myself in the foot? Can I realistically prepare in 3 months?? I'm taking A&P II right now and my mother's about to have surgery next week for liver cancer. I'm married with a 6 yr old.

Thanks for your help,
Sandra

Hey Sandra,

That is plenty of time to study, assuming you have enough time within that time (does that make sense?). In other words, you are fine, as long as you have a couple hours a day 4-5 days a week from now until test day. If you don't, that's a bigger issue. But I'm sure you'll make time!

Good luck on the test, and hope all goes well with your mother's surgery. : )
