Which one the following is correct
1.It was good to know that the bank, with who I have had a account, is offering good deals.
2. It was good to know that the bank, where I have had a account, is offering good deals.
[1] seems to be the best chiose. "who" clearly reffering back to "bank"
But why is option [2] incorrect ?
(NB: I have made the sentense myself. But it is inspired by a problem I found in some other forum )
