vocabulary problem

by AsadA969 Mon Dec 15, 2014 1:10 pm

I want to take GMAT within January. I am preparing the GMAT for at least one year but I have not taken any GMAT prep yet. So, I do not know in which level I am ? But I think I may get at least 30 in verbal and 46 in quant part. After that I do not want to take the GMAT lake of vocabulary and reading ability. It takes much more time to understand or comprehend any reading comprehension because I am not habituated in reading passage. The most important thing is that I've memorised/possessed only 300 words(approximately) in my student life. Now, should I take GMAT within January ? should I enrich vocabulary? If I am not be able to take the GMAT within January I'll miss the university deadline (round-2) for Fall semester. If I miss round-2 deadline I will not get enough scholarship (it may be 80 percent) after having a good score like 700 in GMAT. what should I do right now-should I take the GMAT for fall-15? Or should I try for Fall-16? Actually I am in chaos situation. What should I do now?

In addition, i've already lost 3 fall semesters from my life after completion of BBA. Now, I intend to study with ranking 100 univesities as a MASTERS/MBA student with having at least 80 percent scholarship. I've already 3 yrs work experience as a merchandiser in a private company. My bachelor's (BBA) CGPA is 2.99 out of 4. It is not possibe for me to study in MBA/Masters without scholarship.
Thanks

this is not the correct folder for your question.

• some of this stuff is about studying for the exam in general. that stuff goes in the "General GMAT Study Questions" folder.

• the rest is about applying to business school. that stuff goes in the "Ask an Admissions Consultant" folder.

thanks.

... and, honestly, you should probably split these questions over several posts.

right now, what's here is a huge salvo of seemingly random, unrelated questions (e.g., you have things about vocabulary and about admissions timelines in the same paragraph). in that form, this is basically impossible to answer effectively.
