As per the forum rules, we need a verifiable source for the problem before we can deal with this question. If the question is not one of ours or one that is copyright-free, we will have to delete the question. If the question is ours or if it comes from the GMAT Prep software, please post in the appropriate folder.

I got this question from SC Latest Collection book I downloaded online. I tried to find the source from GMATClub; however, it seems it is not from either of the sources you mentioned. Please feel free to delete the question. Thanks

also, you should think for a bit about whether it's a good idea to use such sources. (the answer is no.)

very nearly 100 percent of problems without a verifiable source, and/or from 'collection' documents, are in one of four categories:
1/ exact copies of OG or GMAT Prep problems,
2/ problems in which some words have been changed, but that are functionally identical to OG or GMAT Prep problems;
3/ problems with major errors,
4/ problems based on things the GMAT does not test.

problems of types #1 and #2, obviously, add no value to your studies—you should be studying the originals instead!
and types #3 and #4 have negative value.

it takes a LOT of expertise (and quite a bit of effort) to create problems that actually add value to the GMAT study universe—i.e., problems that actually work like GMAT problems, but whose 'skeleton' is NOT the same as that of any existing official problem.

are you going to find such carefully written, and carefully curated, items in random anonymous compilations? ...you know the answer to that one.
