urgent and i am depressed

have been giving MGMAT cats and have scored as follows

cat 1 640(Q47,V 31)
cat 2 640(Q42,V35)
cat 3 630(Q47,V30)

i am really jittery coz i have my exam in 2 weeks and there is no improvement.in fact i always get a string of 2-3 ques wrong(i.e in a row).Please help.I had given all the three under proper examination conditions with AWA included.I was a little short of time in maths in all three.I was very much aware and conscious while doing verbal in the 3rd test but it went the worst!!!

If someone could give me some suggestions

MGMAT instructors could you please analyze and tell me where i am going wrong!!!
