Unable to access SC questions bank

Hi,

I purchased the SC book and registered online about 2 weeks ago. I did click on tests and practice question but did not complete the tests. However, when i logged on to the site again all the CAT exams and practice questions for SC are missing!! I then registered my RC book and now I am able to see only those questions.

I have just completed studying the SC book and desperately want to complete the sample questions

Whenever you have tech issues, contact the office immediately - don't use the forums. It often takes several days to get a response here - and we're just teachers anyway. We can't fix any of the tech or account stuff. :)

Thanks. I have emailed them but i have not heard back from them as yet. I will try contacting them on skype.

You can also try both email addresses (not sure if you emailed only one or both).
