Trouble with my timer!

Hi, I would like to contact a technician. I have been having trouble with my timer. In my test #2 and #3, which I recently purchased, the timer goes away for some particular reason in some random questions. When this happens, the software times the question with 0:00 giving me extra time.

I'm about to use the software once again today and I would like the timer to work. Please contact me.
