If I answer the tough questions fast do I get more point for that? or the opposite is there a reduction of score when taking too long the easy ones ?

Thanks.

Nope, they don't factor time into the actual scoring mechanism. It just depends whether you get it right or wrong, not how fast (or slowly) you do so.

Timing does matter indirectly of course: if you take much too long on a bunch of questions and then run out of time, your score will go down a lot. The real scoring mechanism, though, is that the test treats those unanswered questions as wrong.
