The placement of two or more essential noun modifiers

The SC Strategy Guide has introduced the rule about the placement of one essential modifer and one nonessential modifer when both of them refer to one noun, which is that the essential one should be placed right next to the noun while the nonessential one can be placed a little further.
However, what should placement be when the tow modiiers, or more than two modifiers, are all essential and all refer to one noun? I suppose there are some rules about that, but unfortunately the book doesn't convey any.

(And short answer: There aren't any simple rules for what you describe and the GMAT doesn't typically test this; that's why the book doesn't discuss this.)
