Our tests have a standard deviation of about 50 points compared to the real test (as measured by a student's performance on the final practice test and the real test). Our test is also what is called statistically "unbiased," meaning that our students don't consistently skew higher or lower than the real thing - the bias is less than 5 points (there's always some bias simply due to random statistical variation).
Anecdotally, more of my students do tell me they feel the quant section on our test is harder than the real test. On verbal, about the same number of students tell me they think our test is harder vs. easier; in other words, on verbal, it evens out, which probably means it's pretty similar. That doesn't change the stats from the first paragraph though - the scores themselves are not skewed, even though the quant section tends to feel harder for more people.
If you want to get the closest approximation to the real test in order to see what your true scoring level is, take a GMATPrep test.
If you just want any test that will give you a 700+ score to boost your confidence, I don't know of a particular test to recommend. :(
