Technical problem with Manhatan GMAT CAT Exams

Hi,
last few days I've had some problems with the CAT Exams.
After I click the submit button on a questions that I had answered it takes several seconds or up to a minute for the next question to load. That happens in the morning pacific time (7am-9am).
It might be a general problem with your server or that I have answered most of the questions already (if the system takes some time to scan the DB with questions).
If it is the former please feel free to wipe all my history.
