I'm sorry that you had such a disruptive test experience. Yes, this could certainly have affected your score - as you said, probably not by 100 points, but certainly it might have affected your score by 10, 20, possibly even 30 points, depending upon whether the effects continued to disturb you for a while after you resumed the test.

Quick question. You said that, when the disruption occurred, the clock read 24:12 (time remaining) and when you resumed the clock read 25:11. Is that a typo? According to those numbers, you were given an extra minute on the test - yet, in your text, you said that you lost 2 minutes. Did you mean to type 22:11?

You did the right thing in reporting your complaint right away. When they follow up, you should explain everything that you said above and ask for a free re-take ASAP. (I don't know whether they will agree to give you a free re-take, but you should ask.)
