Suggestion of Added Functionality to Cat Exam Review Options

It would be helpful if the exact location of the topics covered in Cat exams were apart of the exams review options.

It's great that each topic is stated explicitly (I know which manual to consult). However, it would save valuable review time if I could easily grab a manual and flip right to the page(s) where the problems topics are discussed (as opposed to having to thumb through or spend time scanning the table of contents over and over again).
