Great idea - I love it!
You guys are going to have a ton of homework, so you may want to agree to get together a day or two before class, after you've had a chance to do a lot of the homework, and then you can ask each other questions about any issues you had. Everyone should say what they think they're best at (to help others) and what they think they need the most help with (so that others can help).
Next, it's a GREAT idea to try to teach others / explain to others how to do something - because then you know whether you have *really* mastered the topic, subject, or question type. The more you can do this, the better prepared you'll be to answer harder and harder questions. So everyone should be trying both to learn and to teach in your meetings - a bit of both.
There may also be times that you get together just to work on homework individually - eg, we're all going to gather at the library or at so-and-so's house for 2 hours to study, but we mostly just work on our own unless we have a specific question. That can help you stay on schedule and make sure you don't procrastinate. :) Just make sure you do leave some "alone" study time for yourself as well, as it can also be tempting to start talking and abandon the books...
Good luck and have fun!
