Still too much traffic - please be patient

Hi, guys

We're still here but we're overwhelmed with traffic because so many of you are posting great questions. We only get paid to do this for one hour per day and, as you can see, there are way more posts every day than we can cover in one hour. We tend to go over on time because we want to help, but there's only so much we can do and still do our regular jobs, etc.

Management is trying to come up with some way to make this better, but it will probably continue to be painful for a while longer...
