surprisingly, we don't get this question very much.
our class is very much a self-contained unit, and is designed to be "plug-and-play" -- i.e., it's designed to accommodate students with a wide variety of skill levels and skill sets. therefore, the amount of
gmat-specific preparation that you have to do before the class begins is precisely zero.
on the other hand, especially in quant, there is a certain amount of foundational knowledge that we expect of our students.
therefore, one thing you can do is go through the "math review" section of the official guide, which is a (very perfunctory) overview of the mathematical concepts that you are expected to know.
if you are familiar, at least in passing, with all of the concepts mentioned in the math review -- and you can execute all of the basic arithmetic and algebraic operations without much trouble -- then you should be ready for the quant section.
as for verbal, you don't need a lot of advance preparation. if you've really never seen the formal structure of an argument, you may want to pick up a primer on critical thinking from a local library; other than that, however, just be ready to show up fresh on day one.
