Serial Code

by nachbo Sun Dec 23, 2007 11:44 pm

Hi!
This might be a very simple question to answer but I am really stuck. I just got the books I ordered from Manhattangmat and in order to register online to start using the quizzes and tests, I need the " 32 character serial code located on the INSIDE back cover of your product."
I don't see any 32 character code. Is it the ISBN?? Where is it?

Thank you and hope someone would be able to help me soon!

Hi, Nachbo - unfortunately, I'm traveling right now, so I can't check my own books to help you! I'll forward this to student services, but the office is closed between x-mas and new year's, so I don't know if anyone will get the email before then. In the meantime, check all of the covers, front and back, inside and outside, and look for anything that might be it and just try and see if it works. I'm sorry I can't be of more help right now!

Hi Nachbo,

If you purchased the books only, you should indeed see the code printed on a sticker on the inside of the back cover. If you enrolled in a class, however, you don't need these codes because you have access to all of the online materials already. If you purchased the books alone from our website and do not see the sticker codes, simply give our office a call and we'll make sure you get the online access you're supposed to have. Our office we be closed through Tuesday, January 1st and will reopen on Wednesday. You can reach our office at 800-576-4628.

Happy New Year!
