sentence correction doubt

Hi,

It has been a few days since I have started my prep and currently I am studying SC. I was going through the Manhattan SC book and got stumpped at one question.

Q3 from Chapter 1.
According to me the error in this question is of word placement(Clarity) which differs from the option given in the answer.
Could you please help me in this.
