Sentence correction concision

To solve the concision problems from chapter 11... looks like we need the basics of grammer...Nouns and Gerunds...Could some one post few samples questions and answers with explaination,so that we can get better hand of this topic..Also, any help on this topic is appreciated...

Concrete nouns, actions nouns, and gerunds are all discussed later in that same chapter. There are examples in the chapter itself and sample problems at the end of the chapter. If you have a question about a specific example or problem, please post it in the Verbal Strategy Guide section of the forum!
