We don't do sectional tests, no, but a good source for something similar (when you're ready) is GMAT Focus. (
www.gmatfocus.com) These are "mini" quant tests of 24 questions from the makers of the real test.
Don't do them right now, though. They cover EVERYthing, not just certain topics at a time, so you want to save them for when you feel ready to do a random mix of questions.
You can also make random mixes yourself from OG. Make sure to get different difficulty levels (higher and lower-numbered questions).
