* 2 Confusing DS !

Hi,
If anyone could please answer these 2 questions

1. x, y, and z are integers greater than 1, what is value of x + y + z?
a. xyz = 70
b. x/yz = 7/10
2. n and m are positive integers, what is remainder when 34n + 2 + m is divided by 10?
a. n = 2
b. m = 1

Correct me if i am wrong. given S3=0 & Sn = Sn-1 - 10 So we can find S2 = 10, S1 = 10 using recursive form of Eq From direct Eq., which is Sn = n (K) + X ; K = common diff & X = constant S3 = 3.K + X; but we know k=-10 (S2-S1); So, Sn = n(-10)+k; in here substitute value of S3=0 (given) 0=3(...

correct me if i am wrong

We need S.sqrt2 = ? instead

2S+S.sqrt2=16+16.sqrt2
S.sqrt2(sqrt2+1)=16(1+sqrt2)
S.sqrt2=16

that what we need

Correct me if i am wrong. Let say we have X Z Y boxes and given median is Z=9 which implies, what ever happen the middle number is 9, When arranged in ascending order. that is "X 9 Y" , So looking at this the number to the right (Y) of "9", should be minimum to have the number to...
