Why is 'now dedicatED' a proper construction for something that is happening in the present? I know it sounds correct to the ear. Just trying to understand grammatical rule behind it.

What is wrong with answer choice E?
Also, what exactly does '...,weighing less than 11 ounces' modify? Does it modify the closest noun (handheld computer) or the subject of the preceding portion (the length)?

Can someone explain why A is incorrect?
'a greater proportion than it was'

If you exclude 'it' don't you have a faulty comparison of [a greater proportion] than [in any previous election]?

all one has to do with cattle is = active
the only thing that has to be done with cattle is = passive

I can't tell how one is passive and the other is active. Can someone elaborate?

i think Selvae is correct. A changes the intended meaning of the sentence. A gives the impression that the portfolios have the intention to turn in good result but it is the Asset allocators who have the required intention. hence IMO C is correct.
